Animated onboarding program

Brand Junkies were tasked with developing a digital onboarding program for new Koenen en Co. employees.

The goal: to give every new employee, no matter of position, a warm welcome and share important information about the company in a memorable and inspiring way. We needed new employees to be comfortable navigating their way through the organization as quickly as possible – hitting the floor running and becoming a part of the team.
